CTA Bus Inventory (CTA_Bus_Rolling_Stock.csv)
Fleet_Name: The name of the bus fleet
Vehicle_Type: The type of bus
Vehicles: The number of buses in the fleet
Latest_Year: The latest manufacture year for the buses in the fleet
%_ADA: Percentage of the fleet that is ADA accessible
%_Hybrid: Percentage of the fleet that are hybrid buses

CTA Rail Car Inventory (CTA_Rail_Rolling_Stock.csv)
FLEET_NAME: The name of the rail car fleet
VEHICLE_TYPE: The type of rail car
VEHICLES: The number of rail cars in the fleet
EARLIEST_YEAR: The oldest manufacture year for the rail cars in the fleet
LATEST_YEAR: The latest manufacture year for the rail cars in the fleet
ADA_PERCENT: Percentage of the fleet that is ADA accessible
HYBRID_PERCENT: Percentage of the fleet that are hybrid rail cars
